It is our upmost priority that birthing families feel safe, heard and cared for through their journey.  Whether it is gaining evidence based information or swaying with the mother through contractions, Mama Bird Doulas are here to support YOU.  We are experts in birth, breastfeeding and postpartum care, so our birth doulas go beyond just supporting during your labor; our goal is Continuity of Care and continuous care for families to thrive from pregnancy through postpartum.

With our extensive training in Mother Infant Care, we specialize in low intervention, physiological birth AND also High Risk Pregnancy, including premature birth, NICU stays and cesarean births.  Our goal is to be by your side, providing ongoing support, talking through all our your options, having opening and positive communications with your birth team and to support you physically and emotionally to reach your birth and breastfeeding goals.
